Unification - Chapter 1 [APH Prussia]
-1863-
The winter air was crisp and cold, but Prussia felt warmth in his chest that made him quite immune to the frigid weather. He would never tire of the sight of Berlin on the horizon when he was coming home.
For so long, the reason he would be riding into his capital was that he was returning from war. But now, in the relative peace that had followed in the decade since the collapse of the so called “Spring of the Peoples”, there had been little reason for him to ride out in full array. Nor was he in a position where anyone would dare to cross him without risking a response from more than one Great Power. For the first time i

His fingers twitch at the keys. His teeth are on edge.
There’s an unbelievable frustration- like fire in his veins- and Alfred hates it. He loathes it, and all of the emotions that come barging in with it.
Damn them…
Roderich’s eyes are on him, probably analyzing every bit of what he’s doing. It’s only been a few days since he first came here with Matthew and the others, but this time it’s worse…
It feels like he’s inside a cage, and there’s no way out…
Part of him is terrified. It still is, and that will never change. But he wants to jump... Heck, he wants to get one of

“When you are happy you enjoy the music. But when you are sad, you understand the lyrics.”

There are more nations in the room than he expects… More than there should be, in all honesty. All that Alfred had some relation with. It may be the protectiveness that’s taken a hold since the incident, but…he’s starting to wonder. Do they all really need to be here?
And then they all look up. They don’t look at Arthur, who had entered before him, but… they look at him. And there’s no mistaking it. They see him. All of them. He should be relieved, but instead...
It… it feels so /wrong/.

Alfred really doesn’t want to exist today.
Today is the day he’s talking to Roderich; the day they’re all going to try to convince him he should stay alive; the day they’re going to make him describe all the emotions that keep him up at night, even though he doesn’t know how; the day they-
He forces himself to stop.
Those thoughts are coming back, and he tries to push them away. He shoves, he screams at them to leave him alone. He tries to force them back into that far away corner of his brain so that he can never hear them again. He tries to lock them there forever.

My Only My Own (EnglandXElizabeth I)
The bells rang as they always did at Westminster abbey as England walked past coffin after coffin, their carved effigies staring up into the web of colored light made by the stained glass. England could hear the last notes of God Save the Queen dying in the distance, celebrating the reign of Victoria. Now that he had a new queen and a new regime, he should be taking the time to congratulate her.
But,he wouldn't be able to live with himself if he didn't walk these crypts again. He was seeking the coffin of the best sovereign he had ever had. He reached the coffin that he was seeking and looked down at the carving. The stone did not accurately

“Okay girls, you got everything ready?” Kendra Morris asked her twin daughters Jessica and Caroline.
“We sure do mommy!” Jessica said happily. “Tooth brush, clothes, barbie dolls everything.”
“What time are we going to go to daddy’s house tomorrow?” Caroline asked.
“We’re hitting the road around 9 AM.” Kendra replied. “Remember to call me every day while you’re gone.”
Kendra was getting ready to drop her twin daughters off at her ex husband Chester's house for Thanksgiving. It was agreed when determ

Once upon a time, a story was told
about officers, kidnappings and witches of old.
They haunted the stations and houses and dells
and this is the legend the police records tell:
Oh, don't you remember thirty-three years ago?
When that police lady and young boy whose names I don’t know
(actually I do, but it had to rhyme somehow!)
They wandered away on a cold winters day

"Is everyone here now?" England asked, as his group made it back to the room.
"Yup, it looks like everyone is here now. Ve~ that means we can finally start discussing what we've found!" Italy smiled as Japan wrapped his injured arm. The injury to his arm, wasn't the only wound he sustained. There were bandages on his head and around his ankle as well. Germany and Romano were also injured. A deep gash on Germany's shoulder was still bleeding, untreated. Romano had a scratch on his face and several longer ones down his arms.
"What happened to you guys?" America asked with concern as he came in.
"We're alright," Italy laughed, "Just a few scr

Canada walked with his head low as he turned around the corner from the attic. Spain and Prussia held onto one another as they came down the stairs behind. They looked at everything. Looked too closely actually. The blood on the walls, and the massive handprints dripping with blood. There must have been many fights and many deaths in these rooms, the deduced. The handprints were that of the creature, at least judging by size, which meant that the handprints on the wall were literally dripping with the blood of the past.
The cell that caged the horde of monsters was still empty like before, and the key, still no where to be found. It was a li
